PURPOSE: To realize a gain obtained by combining a judgment feedback equalizer with a coding gain related with an error correcting technique by using plural encoders and decoders arranged at a transmitter and a receiver for the judgment feedback equalizer. CONSTITUTION: In a transmitter 201, an input binary data flow at a bit rate rd is inputted to an error correcting encoder 204, and transmitted through a switch 205 to plural, M, parallel encoders 206-i. In a receiver 203, this is equalized by a received signal DFE 210, and separately transmitted to the parallel banks of M decoders 216-i by a switch 215. Thus, a burst-shaped noise can be separated to a small disturbance which can be easily handled by a decoding device such as a grid decoder by using the encoders 206-i in the transmitter and the decoders 216-i in the receiver.
