PURPOSE:To arbitrarily very an irradiated position of an emitted laser light even in the case a deflection angle of a laser light beam of an irradiating head is shifted from a blood flow fault substance by placing a set angle variable prism at the tip of a laser light irradiating head, varying a prism driving force generating mechanism by an external operation, and rotating the prism. CONSTITUTION:A set angle variable prism 5 is placed at the tip of a tip part 4 of a laser light irradiating head on which an emitting port of an optical fiber is provided, a prism driving force generating mechanism mechanism 2 provided on the upper face part of the tip of the tip part 4 is operated by an external operation, and for instance, by moving the prism 5 through a power transfer plate 8, a deflection angle of an emitted laser light beam can be changed easily. Accordingly, even in the case the deflection angle of the laser light beam of the laser light irradiating head positioned and fixed once is shifted, for instance, from a blood flow fault substance, a necessary position, for instance, the blood flow fault substance can be irradiated with the laser light. |
