<p>PURPOSE: To attain conpact conversion by branching an output light beam from an optical beam source and using them together with a scanning ligh beam source adding a containing cover means adding a decay focusing means. CONSTITUTION: A projection 30 adds a hole 38 surrounded by a holder extending part 40 where a plastic lens 42 for branching the laser beam of a laser tube 44 attached to a supporting material 22 is positioned so as to be freely sliding possible. A glass decay lens 36 which restricts the output power of the laser optical beam to a prescribed level and also focuses the opticalbeam is fixed at the rear end of the projection 30 by paste, etc. The structure guarantees that respective power source modules obtain the same power outputs.
