PURPOSE:To improve the service performance to customers by informing the customers in voices of the working state of an automatic cash transaction machine with use of the signal showing the working state of the transaction machine and the signal received from a customer detecting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The signals showing a working mode 6, a fault mode 7, and a power cut-off mode 8 are taken out of an automatic cash transaction machine 1 and inputted to a voice generating mechanism 4. At the same time, a customer detecting means 2 detects a customer 10 trying to use the machine 1 and inputs the detection of the user 10 to a mechanism 4 through a signal line 3. In other words, the mechanism 4 receives the presence of the customer 10 via the line 3 and then receives the working state of the machine 1. Then mechanism 4 selects a message to be delivered out of those messages stored in a fixed storage 15 of a message selection mechanism 14 and transmits the selected message via a speaker 5 according to the working state of the machine 1. In such a way, a customer who wants to use the machine 1 is detected and the working state of the machine 1 is informed to the user in voices. Thus the guidance quality is improved to the user. |
