<p>PURPOSE:To recover a clock signal following a clock frequency of a reception data by connecting in switching outputs of two oscillators different in oscillation frequency, and controlling the ratio of the period of the changeover connection. CONSTITUTION:A detection section 5 supervises a data quantity of a reception buffer section 6 for a prescribed time interval and supplies changeover control information to a changeover control section 4. The section 4 supplies changeover control to a changeover circuit 3 connecting in switching oscillators 1, 2 different in oscillation frequency at a prescribed period to control the ratio between changeover connection period. Thus, a clock signal TR whose frequency follows stepwise a mean value in response to the frequency change of the clock signal at the transmission side is recovered.</p> |
