PURPOSE:To surely prevent disturbing noise and make lubrication unnecessary even upon operation for a long period of time under severely adverse conditions encountered by an automobile at high temperature by covering a sliding shoe body made of soft rubber with a plastic-made sliding cap. CONSTITUTION:A sliding shoe body 12 is covered with a plastic-made sliding cap 16 surrounding as far as an insertion surface 15. The body 12 itself serves as a spring element, provides necessary tolerance compensation and certain damping characteristic. Covering with the cap 16 provides smooth sliding surface of excellent sliding property without lubrication to the sliding shoe.
