PURPOSE: To improve the tire performance by integratedly forming an annular body provided with a side web in which outer and inner annular parts are connected to each other by a large number of ribs intersected at the prescribed angle, and an inclined inside surface of the prescribed angle is provided, of a viscoelastic synthetic resin in a tire for a cart. CONSTITUTION: Annular bodies of a honeycomb structure which are connected by a plurality of first and second ribs 26, 30 where an outer annular part 18 and an inner annular part 22 are intersected opposite to each other with intervals in the circumferential direction and a single side web 32, are integratedly formed of a viscoelastic material such as polyurethane. The first and second ribs 26, 30 are arranged opposite to the radial surface across an inner end part with the angle A between approximately 15 deg. and 75 deg.. The side web 32 forms a side surface 32a' forming the angleθin a range of 0 deg. to 30 deg. relative to the perpendicular surface to the axis of rotation of the tire. A side web non-pneumatic tire with improved ride and load bearing capacity can be obtained.
