PURPOSE: To obtain the reception of phase and polarization blind by simultaneously executing the reception of phase blind by a phase shift and the reception of polarization blind by a polarizing shift without being related to each other. CONSTITUTION: For the other input terminal e12 or e22 of a multiplying element M1 or M2, a first signal component US 1 delayed by T/2, a second signal component US 2 delayed by T/2 or US 22 is supplied delayed by short time span τwhich should be selected to be shorter than a clock time T by an order over it. Then the output terminal a3 of the adding element SG is connected with the input terminal e4 of a low-pass filter TPF, and an output signal AS is taken out from the output terminal A unrelated to the phase of a transmission signal. In addition, at the time of using the polarization switch of a phase switch PhU, an output signal AS, unrelated to the polarization of the transmission signal S, is obtained. Thereby the reception of blind to a phase and polarization is realized. |
