PURPOSE:To prevent logging data from being thrown away, by saturating data collecting region through the adjustment of information amount including the logging data collected in response to the congestion of data collecting region. CONSTITUTION:A main storage device MM is prepared with counters CNT1- CNTn by types, and if a buffer area BM1 is saturated with logging data before the logging data in a buffer area BM0 is finished for transfer to a large capacity storage device DUC, a central processing device CPU adds the number of packets at each type to corresponding to the counters CNT1-CNTn to data for transmission or reception taken place thereafter. The count value of the counters is stored in the buffer area BM0, after the logging data of the buffer area BM0 is transferred to a large capacity storage device CDU before the logging data newly collected is stored, and the counters are initially set. |
