<p>PURPOSE:To minimize comparatively the lowering of temperature of discharged water in a deep dam or the like by providing lifting cylinders in two stages, upper and lower, and circulating water according to the water depth of respective lifting cylinders. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a lower section pneumatic lifting cylinder 6 is connected with the lower end of an upper section pneumatic lifting cylinder 3, and a float 10 is connected with the upper section of the lifting cylinder 3, while a weight 15 is installed at the lower end of the lifting cylinder 6 and a guide 13 to guide the lifted water in the lateral direction is mounted on the upper section of the lifting cylinder 6. Water is circulated in accordance with the water depth of respective lifting cylinders, and there is no possibility of being mixed into other water areas. The lowering of temperature of discharged water, therefore, can comparatively be minimized in a deep dam or the like.</p> |
