PURPOSE:To provide a corrosion pattern with deep etching by a structure wherein a protection design is applied on a water soluble paste layer formed on water absorptive base paper using asphalt and oxidized titanium, and then a detachable cover coating layer is formed thereon. CONSTITUTION:A water soluble paste layer 2 is applied on the upper surface of water absorptive base paper 1, and a protection design layer 3 is formed on the water soluble paste layer 2 through screen printing or other methods. The design layer 3 is formed in a thickness of about 20-40mum using an ink material which is prepared such that asphalt is solved with a petroleum solvent and then oxidized titanium is mixed thereto and kneaded therewith so as to give printing aptitude. After that, a detachalbe cover coating 4 is applied in a thickness of about 10-20mum using an ink material which is prepared by mixing and kneading acrylic ester and petroleum solvent. Since oxidized titan mixed to the ink material has a good affinity with and is well suspended into the asphalt and solvent, it is possible to easily prepare ink materials with proper printing aptitude. |
