PURPOSE:To obtain simple structure and easy automation by a method wherein trucks are disconnected when each truck differs in height and connected when each truck is same in height and circulated through each station. CONSTITUTION:A truck 10 circulates in the system. A truck which is moved from a discharging station to a position A just under a charging station 3 is lifted by a lifting device 11 and reaches the charging station 3. When the truck 10a comes at the charging station 3, the connecting part 14 at the front end of the truck 10a is connected to a pair of connecting part 14 at the rear edge of the truck 10b at the heating station 2. When the truck 10a mounts a seat at that position, it is sent to a heating station by a pusher 13 and at the same time, the truck 10b at the front and a truck 10c at the molding station are sent forward. The truck 10c is moved to a position B, dropped with a rail or a supporting device by a lifting device 1, arrives at the discharging station 4 and the molded part on the station is removed. |
