发明名称 THERMAL TRANSFER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the title thermal transfer device to cope quickly with a small quantity and many kinds of naming or the like by a method wherein a printing part is heated by impressing appropriate voltage between a heating material and printing part, and fusion printing is performed on a surface to be transferred by transmitting heat to a transfer material layer. CONSTITUTION:When a letter to be transferred is inputted with a keyboard 10, a drive circuit 12 is actuated by a command of a control circuit 11. A solenoid 9 is excited, and a top of a pushed out printing wire 5 pushes a thermal transfer film 1 strongly onto a surface 7 to be transferred of a pencil 6 via a heating material 4. An electrification route is constructed from the driver circuit 12 to the driver circuit 12 again through a guide roller 13 of the thermal transfer film 1, the heating material 4, the printing wire 5, and a printing head 8. When the driver circuit 12 is actuated to be electrified by the command of the control circuit 11 under this state, since current density of a part of the heating material 4 at which the printing wire 5 comes in point contact increases high, only this part is heated. This heat makes a transfer material layer 3 fuse through a base film 2. The fused transfer material is pushed strongly with the top of the printing wire 5 to enter deeply a surface 7 to be transferred of the pencil 6, and transfer is performed.
