PURPOSE:To improve sound insulating ability by a method wherein a floor plate is disposed in a position above a ceiling plate, built integrally with a body structure, e.g. beams, through an air layer, and a floor plate is supported to the body structure through a vibration insulating support body. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling plate 3 is integrally built between beams 1 on both sides serving as body structure of an RC structure. A floor plate 4 is mounted on the beams 1 through vibration insulating support bodies 5 by means of pins 6 to form an air layer 7. The air layer 7 is utilized as a space for equipment, e.g. piping and wiring 8, and a duct 9, an underfloor containing space, and an underfloor type foot warmer. |
