The device has a three way valve (4a-d) which is an integral unit and it has a driving device. An actuating member (21a-d) is located near a relative tap (1a-d) to actuate the driving device. Each line can be rinsed separately from the three way valve and the tap. A rinsing liq. line (6a-d) is connected with a flow distributor (8). This connects one three way valve to one connection of the circulation system.
