<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to grasp a production capacity added with the capability of a line and the state of stock of materials and to make it possible to carry out a proper production control by a method wherein whether printed boards of a quantity decided previously in a production schedule can be really produced according to the present state of stock of materials and the actual capability of an equipment is decided. CONSTITUTION:The kinds of materials Mk, which are put in an equipment within a unit working time Tk, and the total number of sheets of the respective materials Mk are automatically calculated and the presence or absence of a necessary amount of stock of materials is decided by comparing the data with the number of stock of materials in a stock control table. Moreover, by knowing the actual situation of the equipment from an XII: Equipment Table, whether printed boards of a quantity scheduled in the time Tk can be manufac tured or not is decided. Thereby, the actual capability of a line and production capacity with reference to the state of stock of the materials can be grasped and a proper production control can be carried out.</p> |
