PURPOSE:To obtain a high-grade recording image by constituting a heat-resistant slide layer of a cured film of a composition based on an ultraviolet curable resin and containing an ultraviolet curable silicone resin having an acryloyl or methacryloyl group as a functional group. CONSTITUTION:In an ink ribbon for thermal transfer recording, a heat-resistant slide layer 3 is constituted of a cured film of an ultraviolet curarable resin composition wherein about 0.1 - 10pts.wt. of an ultraviolet curable silicone resin having an acryloyl or methacryloyl group as a functional group is contained per 100pts.wt. of an ultraviolet curable resin being a main component to make it possible to obtain a high-grade recording image. Further, the heat- resistant slide composition is based on the ultraviolet curable resin other than the silicon resin and consists of the ultraviolet curable resin composition wherein the ultraviolet curable silicone resin being a lubricant is added to said ultraviolet resin, a photopolymerization initiator, a diluent or the like. |
