The plate consists of at least two layers (1,4) monolithically bonded to each other, which are of different inital densities. In this way, one layer (1) may be made of soft foam plastics, and be supported by a carrier layer (4) of hard foam plastics. This gives the plate a greater inherent stability. The plate is made in a mouldbox, of which at least one mould wall can be adjusted by a setting device to enlarge the mould space, in at least one stage. |
