摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To cast an ingot while continuously controlling the heat exchanging capacity of the mixture of gas and liquid by detecting the relative density of bubble and small drip in the gas-liquid mixture of a coolant and changing the gas quantity in the liquid so that the detected value becomes in the reference range. CONSTITUTION: A bubble detector 40 is disposed between a mixing device 32 of the coolant (gas-liquid mixture) 15 and a valve 33 and the bubble or the small drip in the coolant 15 is detected to detect the relative density thereof or the density of number thereof. The bubble detector 40 is provided with a light source 42, opening part 44 and sensor 46. A signal from the sensor 46 is received with a micro-processor 39, and continuously compared with the reference signal range. A command signal instructing whether a valve 41 is to open or to close, is transmitted to the controller of the valve 41 through the micro-processor 39 and the gas flow rate is changed by gradually increasing till balling in the reference range. This method is served to the alloy casting having narrow solidified range.</p>
