摘要

NEW MATERIAL:A DNA coding amino acid sequence of cerebral sodium diuretic peptide derived from rat expressed by formula I (X1 expresses existence or absence of Met). USE:Used to produce various peptides having precursor of rat cerebral sodium diuretic peptide and biological activity similar to the precursor. PREPARATION:Whole RNA is separated from rat tissue considered as containing cerebral sodium diuretic peptide (rBNP) and mRNA is purified to construct cDNA library. The cDNA library is subjected to screening by hybridization using DNA fragment coding precursor of swine BNP as a probe to afford rBNP clone.
