PURPOSE:To allow the easy accuracy verification of sizes and to shorten the time for formation by superposing a reference work film decided to be non- defective and the other work film directly formed by a drawing machine and registering the respective corresponding accuracy verification marks of both. CONSTITUTION:The plural work films for wiring boards are directly formed by the drawing machine and the accuracy verification marks 16 are drawn at the respective plural points of these work films with the shapes of prescribed sizes and at the distance between each of a specified size. The other work film 14 is superposed on the work film 11 which is used as a reference and is decided to be non-defective by measuring the distance between the verification marks 23. The accuracy of the sizes of the patterns 12, 14 is verified by the registration state of both the accuracy verification marks 13, 16. The accuracy verification of the pattern sizes is easily executed in this way and the time for the formation is shortened. |
