PURPOSE:To operate an information storage circuit and an information comparing circuit independently of each other by providing a separating means which is interposed between the storage circuit and the comparing circuit and electrically separate them from each other after holding second information from the storage circuit in the comparing circuit. CONSTITUTION:First information is stored in a memory cell MC, and second information is stored in a storage circuit 6. A comparing circuit 11 holds second information from the storage circuit 6 and compares this second information with first information from the memory cell MC to detect coincidence or disaccord between both information. Separating means NA and NB are interposed between the storage circuit 6 and the comparing circuit 11, and they electrically separate the storage circuit 6 and the comparing circuit 11 from each other after the comparing circuit 11 holds second information from the storage circuit 6. Thus, the comparing circuit to compare information and the storage circuit where information is stored are operated independently of each other. |
