Resistive heating element mfr. from prepd. welded slug - locally melting interface between conductive and resistive components before cutting-out final shape
摘要
The slug has a head of Cu with a heating resistor seam-welded to it. The current flows through two flanges (35) into a relatively small heating surface (31) with mechanical connections (32) inclined at an angle for stability. Another flange (33) is provided for electrical connection to a temp. sensor. The required shape may be cut out, e.g. by wire spark erosion machining. ADVANTAGE - The final shape depends only on mechanical treatment, and no mechanical overload occurs at any stage in mfr. of strong and rigid element.
