PURPOSE:To reduce the affection of posture in a low power constituting a rotor so as to pinch a stator constituted of a piezoelectric body. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is constituted so as to pinch a stator 2. The stator 2 is a bimorph type and is constituted of a thin metallic sheet 5 and ceramic piezoelectric bodies 4 bonded to both sides of the metallic sheet 5 while one end of the stator is fixed. Two pairs of polarizing directions of the ceramics piezoelectric bodies 4 and the wirings of electrodes are arranged and when a driving voltage is impressed, the stator is moved into one direction whereby a large amplitude may be obtained. According to this method, a stabilized torque, receiving the affection of a posture, may be obtained whereby a low voltage driving device, such as wrist watches and the like, may be realized with a comparatively thin structure. |
