A fluid control part 13 displaces the second dancer roller 7 in a movable state through an operator 14 corresponding to the output of a first tension detector 12 to perform the fine adjustment of feed tension. A fluid control part 22 changes the contact pressure with the material 1 to be printed through an operator 23 and the nip roller 21 corresponding to the output of the second tension detector 20 and controls tension to correct the deviation of a printing surface and a processing position.
