A floor tile manufactured chiefly in recycled plastic has a profiled upper surface for slip prevention and a ribbed underside. Distortion in the tile can be avoided by integrally formed compensation zones which divide the panel into areas. The compensation zones prevent or reduce shrinkage transfer from one area to another. USE/ADVANTAGE - For floor coverings on terraces and balconies. Warpage in 500 mm.sq. panels caused by shrinkage is avoided and press cooling time can be reduced.
