The turbine consists of a housing of cylindrical jacket and two covers, with a rotor, and an inlet, directed tangentially to the rotor, and a radial outlet. The rotor is formed by a shaft, held in the covers, and carrying a rotor wheel with blades. The rotor wheel (11) is formed by a disc (20), which is fixed to the shaft (19) at a distance to the covers (13). Both sides of the disc carry blades (14), formed by angled iron sections (23).
