The boiler body having a combustion chamber is rotatably mounted on shafts (4,4') of the main fromes (1,1') having a hot water tonk on its top. The boiler swings 80 to 90 degree angle to the front for exchanging the briquettes. The domestic heating boiler briquettes exchanging unit has crescent shaped cam (11) and oval cam (11') located in power transmission rotary-shaft (10) for operating a gear (5) mounted on the outer part of the shaft (4) and moving back or forth with reciprocation of interlocking shaft (16).
