PURPOSE:To facilitate construction as well as to restrain a junction area from creaking by interposing a shock absorbing member made of a rubber band at the junction section of a hoisting accessory dropped down from a ceiling slab with a horizontal member such as an outdoor veranda backing member and the like. CONSTITUTION:A shock absorbing member 11 is interposed at the junction section of a hoisting accessory 10 composed of a belt 2, a hanger 3 and the like which is dropped down from a ceiling slab 1 with a horizontal member such as an outdoor veranda 6, an outdoor veranda backing member 4 and the like. A rubber band 9 is used as a shock absorbing member 11 so that the horizontal member is constituted to be fastened onto a hanger 3 by means of the rubber band 9.
