PURPOSE: To adapt an ionic migration to a membranous transmission by automatically controlling the density of magnetic flux of a magnetic field generating means, and including an automatic control means for compensating a deviation between the average value of an artificial magnetic field measured by a magnetic field detecting means and the density of the magnetic flux in a setting point. CONSTITUTION: An ionic transmission device 100 has a pair of coils 102, 104 placed so as to generate a magnetic field impressed in the longitudinal direction (Z). The ionic transmission device 100 generates an identical density of a magnetic flux in an active region 106. The coils 102 and 104 are excited by a controller 105, the timely varied density of the magnetic flux generate in the active region 106. The non-zero averaged density of the magnetic flux identically passing through the whole active region is obtained by impressing an offset sine wave signal or a full wave rectification signal to the coils 102 and 104. According to the influence of the Z-ingredient of the local density of the magnetic flux, the non-zero averaged density of the magnetic flux generated in the active region 106 by the coils 102 and 104 is varied to a different net average value, i.e., the value of an artificial magnetic field or the combined value of a local magnetic field and an impressed magnetic field along Z-axis. |
