PURPOSE: To form a correct read line drawing or a half-tone multicolor colloid pattern by pressing a laminated body of separately colored relief images from an intermediate supporting body to a permanent supporting body to make contact with an adhesive layer on a permanent supporting body and releasing the intermediate supporting body. CONSTITUTION: An image is formed by adjusting a photosensitive colored hydrophilic colloid-silver halide emulsion layer on a temporarily non-coated hydrophobic organic resin supporting body and allowing them to make contact with each other and is then exposed. The colored silver halide emulsion layer of a photographic material in contact is transferred to the intermediate supporting body integrally, including a releasing layer in the adjusted state. The transferred and expose colored silver halide emulsion layer is cured and developed by a curing developer to form active species. The multicolor pattern of the separately colored relief images laminated on the same intermediate supporting body is formed by repeating the step, allowed to make contact with the adhesive layer on the permanent supporting body and pressed to be transferred onto the permanent supporting body by releasing the intermediate supporting body. As a result, the line drawing or the half-tone multicolor colloid pattern is formed.
