<p>PURPOSE:To increase desorption efficiency of an adsorbent filled in an adsorption tak and upgrade the regenerating level by staggering the action timing of one cycle of removal and exhaust process of respective adsorption tanks and extending the exhaust time of the exhaust process. CONSTITUTION:Raw material gas (example: air) is fed into adsorption tanks 1-3 filled with adsorbent (example: molecule sieved carbon) adsorbing one gas, and one cyle, consisting of the removal process removing the product gas (example: nitrogen) composed by the adsorbent and the exhaust process exhausting the gas remaining in the adsorption tank after the removal process, is repeated. At least three adsorption tanks 1-3 or more are provided and the action timing of one cycle in respective adsorption tanks is staggered by the given time for respective adsorption tanks in a sequencer 41, and exhaust time of the exhaust process is extended. As a result, desorption efficiency of the adsorbent filled in the adsorption tanks is increased and the regenerating level is upgraded.</p> |
