CONSTITUTION:A change processing starting means 3 indicates the start of the color change processing of the picture displayed on a screen, and a change processing executing means 4 receives this indication to successively continuously change the color on the picture in the preliminary arrangement order, and a change processing stopping means 5 indicates the stop of the change processing when the picture is changed to a desired color. That is, the change processing is successively continuously executed by the input from an input means 1 at the time of changing the color displayed on the picture.
