PURPOSE:To easily and securely manufacture a shutter in a prescribed form and eject track by molding the shutter of a synthetic resin material by respectively using required metal mold, slide core and eject pin. CONSTITUTION:Fixed metal mold and movable metal mold 21 are arranged in respective plane board parts 3Tb and 3Ta respectively equipped with window parts 38 facing each other of a U-shaped shutter 34 of the synthetic resin material. When a slide core 23 is inserted or detached to a U-shaped part, the shutter 34 is injection-molded with a free end part A narrower than an end face board part 36. After the molding, plates 35a and 35b are pressed by an eject pin 31, which pressed the end face board part 36 in a thick direction, and the shutter is released. Then, an eject track 37 is formed in a part facing a connecting part on one plane board part 35b and after the molding, the shutter 34 is not deformed. Then, the thickness of facing plane board part is made uniform. Further, for the shutter, the free end part is slightly narrow and the shutter is moved without generating wearing powder, etc., along the recessed surface of the cartridge. Then, the opening for head of the cartridge can be satisfactorily shut and opened. |
