PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of undecomposed malodorous gas at the time of the regeneration of an adsorbent by successively providing a first heater, thermal cracking catalyst heated by the first heater, an adsorbent and a second heater heating the adsorbent from above in a duct having an emission part provided to the upper part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A first heater 22, the noble metal type thermal cracking catalyst heated by the first heater 22, an adsorbent 24 and a second heater 25 heating the adsorbent 24 are successively provided from above in a duct 20 having an emission part 21 for emitting gas containing a malodor into the duct 20. As a result, the leakage of undecomposed malodorous gas can be prevented at the time of the regeneration of the adsorbent while the miniaturization of the catalyst and the heater heating the catalyst and the simplification of apparatus constitution are achieved and this apparatus can be arranged at an arbitrary position and can also be easily moved. |
