<p>PURPOSE:To remove malfunction even if a temporary voltage variation is generated and to actuate a power-on clearing circuit precisely at the time turning on a power supply by forming a means for discriminating whether an input voltage is higher or lower than the threshold voltage. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd electrodes 1, 2 connected to the power supply and the 1st MOSTR6 of which source is connected to the electrode 1 and gate is connected to the electrode 2 are formed. An MOSTR8 of which source is connected to the electrode 1 and gate is connected to the drain of the TR6 and an MOSTR9 of which source is connected to the electrode 2 and gate is connected to the gate of the TR8 are also formed. A capacitor 7 is connected between the drain of the TR6 and the electrode 2, a capacitor 10 is connected between respective connection points of the TRs 8, 9 and the electrode 2 and a comparator consisting of an inverter 11 is connected to the capacitor 10. Thus, whether the input voltage is higher or lower than the threshold voltage is discriminated, and even if a temporary voltage variation is generated, malfunction is removed to actuate the power-on clearing circuit precisely.</p> |
