A non-tacky composite resin composition comprises a polyvinyl chloride and a polyurethane containing in the molecule a group of the general formula (I) <CHEM> in which Me is a methyl group, n is an integer defined by 1 </= n </= 100, each of X an Y is an integer defined by 1 </= X </= 3, 0 </= Y </= 2, and X + Y = 3, and R is an alkylene group or alkylene groups which may be linked by one or more alkyleneoxy groups.
