PURPOSE:To adjust the deviation of an angle of an optical axis by providing an adjusting means for the inclined surface of an optical axis transform mirror in the movable part of a separated optical system. CONSTITUTION:An optical axial direction transform mirror 1 is fitted to a mirror fitting stand 2 and passed through an axial hole 10 of a mirror adjusting board 3 and a washer 5, and a fitting stand shaft 9 is caulked to the mirror adjusting board 3 so as to be rotated. At such a time, the mirror fitting stand 2 can be rotated around a Z axis only by delta. Since the mirror adjusting board 3 is fixed through holes 7a and 7b to a carriage, which is not shown in a figure, by fixing screws 4a and 4b, by fitting an adjusting screw 6 to a tap hole 8, and abutting the tip of the adjusting screw 6 to one part of the carriage, twisting parts 11a and 11b are rotated around a (y)axis only by theta. |
