<p>PURPOSE:To make a hybrid integrated circuit device small in size by a method wherein two or more switches which optionally convert a write mode into a normal mode and vice versa and a mode discriminating circuit which inputs signals into switching elements are connected to a conductive path, where the signals concerned convert the switching elements into modes. CONSTITUTION:A first switch 17a is connected between a EPROM 4 and a microcomputer 5, the switch 17a is electrically connected to the microcomputer 5 when the EPROM 4 is put in a normal operation, and the switch 17a is electrically disconnected from the microcomputer 5 when data are written in the EPROM 4. A second switch 17b is connected between an input-output terminal and a peripheral circuit 18, and the switch 17b is connected to the peripheral circuit 18 when the EPROM 4 is put in a normal operation, and the switch 17b connects an input-output terminal and the EPROM 4 together when data are written in the EPROM 4. A mode discriminating circuit 102 serves as enabling a write mode and a normal mode to be optionally selected and feeds a prescribed input signals to switching elements 17a and 17b.</p> |
