PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture an inplant compact having desired shape, surface properties and precision by super-plastic working calcium phosphate group ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Calcium phosphate group ceramics raw material is used in the powdered state, and it is preferable that the average grain size of a sintered compact is 10mum or less. The sintered compact is formed by super-plastic working. At this time, the working temperature is within the range of sintering temperature + or -150 deg.C, and generally 800-1300 deg.C is preferable. Projections 13 are provided on a dental root coating layer 12 of an artificial dental root 1, and the most part of the artificial dental root 1 is passed through the epithelium 52 of the gum and connective tissue 53 below the epithelium to be buried in the alveolar bone 51. A curved crown coating layer 22 is formed on the surface of base material of a crown 2, and the crown 2 is firmly joined to the artificial dental root 1 through a buffering material 3 stuck by adhesive materials 4 and 5. An inplant compact having complicated curved shape or projected shape can be provided with good accuracy. |
