<p>An image data inputting system for an image processing apparatus, comprising an input (42, 43) for inputting a process value corresponding to one dimensional unit selected from a plurality of predetermined kinds of units prepared for a printing size, a detector (33, 62) for detecting the selected unit when the process value is inputted thereto from the input, a converter (33, 63) for converting the inputted process value to numerical values corresponding to the units other than the unit detected by the detector (33, 62), a processor (33, 66) for converting the inputted image signal to a desired image signal in accordance with the numerical values converted by the converter (33, 63), and a printer (50) for printing the desired image signal obtained from the processor (33, 66).
