PURPOSE:To enhance abrasion resistance by laminating a vulcanized rubber sheet as a transparent abrasion-resistant protective film, a textured net or lace and a colored vulcanized rubber sheet in succession and integrally bonding the three-layer sheet by vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:A vulcanized rubber sheet as a transparent abrasion-resistant protective film, a textured net or lace and a colored vulcanized rubber sheet are successively laminated and this three-layer sheet is integrally bonded by vulcanization. In this constitution, the sheet forming the transparent rubber layer of the upper layer is formed using a composition prepared by adding a fine hydrated silicic acid powder to solution-polymerized SBR and oil-extended emulsion-polymerized SBR. The colored rubber sheet forming the lower layer is formed using a composition prepared by adding carbon black or clay to oil-extended emulsion-polymerized SBR. By this method, a decorative sheet using rubber excellent in abrasion resistance as a base material and having a three-dimensional pattern applied thereto can be simply prepared using a mold without using an adhesive. |
