PURPOSE:To attain photographing of a stereoscopic still picture free from time difference by preparing a switch for selecting two photographing modes, i.e., stereoscopic recording and normal recording. CONSTITUTION:A change-over switch 9 switches and selects a stereoscopic photographing mode and a normal photographing mode. In the case of executing stereoscopic photographing, the switch 9 is turned to the stereoscopic photographing mode and a release switch 8 is depressed, so that an image pickup system driving circuit 7 is turned on and photographing can be executed. An L or R direction picture is recorded in the 1st field and an R or L direction image is recorded in the 2nd field by using a method for expressing one picture in two screens of the 1st and 2nd fields. Since L and R direction images are automatically changed by executing frame reproduction, a stereoscopic still picture free from time difference can be taken. |
