<p>PURPOSE:To improve workability at the time of high speed rotation by installing the outer end of a flexible operating plate at the head of a pin and its inner end on the rotating shaft side so that it may rotate elastically around its fulcrum, and amplifying the movement of an armature connected to its middle point by a lever ratio, so as to transmit it to the pin. CONSTITUTION:In an operating plate 140, a pin 141 is installed on its outer end and its inner end is secured to a hub 131 with a screw 142, and its middle part is secured to an armature 132 with a rivet 143. When an exciting coil is energized, the armature 132 is sucked by a rotor 110 to move in an axial direction, so that the operating plate 140 is also deflected and displaced in the same direction through the rivet 143. The position where the pin 141 is installed is amplified and displaced by a lever ratio which is determined by the ratio of the distances l1, l2 between the respective fulcrums of the operating plate 140. As a result, the end of the pin 141 is made to come into contact with the flat part 116 of the rotor 110, and when the position of the pin hole 113 in the rotor 110 coincides with that of the pin 141, fitting-in is made, ensuring a sufficient amount of fitting-in and complete engagement.</p> |
