PURPOSE:To position bright metal material without providing positioning projections on an injection mold and prevent holes on injection resin material from being formed by a method wherein the sucking means of the bright thin metal sheet is provided on the supporting face of the thin metal sheet so as to inject molten resin material in an injection mold for molding under the condition that the bright thin metal sheet is held in the injection mold by means of the sucking means. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that an upper mold 21 is removed from a lower mold 22, a set of bright thin metal sheet 12 is set on the supporting face 24 of the thin metal sheet of the lower mold 22. As a result, the bright thin metal sheet 12 is tightly held on the supporting face 24 by the magnetic attraction developed by a magnetic attracting means 25 so as not to be easily moved. Next, a quarter window glass QW is set on the predetermined position of a glass holding face 23. After that, the lower mold 22 is covered by the upper mold 21. After the finish of the above- mentioned setting, molten resin material is poured from an inlet 29 so as to fill a resin pouring space 30 with the molten resin, which hardens and turned to resin material 11. The periphery of the quarter window glass QW and the bright thin metal sheet 12 are made into an integral body through the hardened resin material 11. |
