PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of ink to an inner wall and to observe the ink from the outside by using a composition wherein 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a silicone powder is compounded with 100 pts.wt. of an olefinic resin in an ink receiving tube for a ball-point pen. CONSTITUTION:A silicone powder is uniformly mixed with a polypropylene or polyethylene resin being an olefinic resin in an amount of 0.5-5 pts.wt. As a silicone powder, a silicone powder composition having good flowability prepared by highly compounding various silicone polymers with an inorg. carrier having a particle size of 3-500mum is used. An ink reservoir tube for ball-point pen is molded by forming a round hollow body with an outer diameter of 3.0+ or -0.5m/mphi and an inner diameter 1.8+ or -0.07m/mphi by extrusion molding using an appropriate ordinary 40m/mphi extruder and cutting the same into a length of 134m/m. |
