<p>PURPOSE:To utilize the deceleration energy of a transferring cylinder as high speed mold clamping energy by a method wherein an accumulator, which accumulates oil pressure and is connected to a variable displacement pump consisting of a closed circuit together with a double delivery and variable displacement pump connected to the double acting type transferring cylinder connecting to a movable platen, and a rotating means, which interlocks both the pumps, are provided. CONSTITUTION:When the delivery from a double delivery and variable displacement pump 4 is decreased, the oil delivered from a transferring cylinder 1 drives the double delivery and variable displacement pump 4 due to the inertia force of the transferring cylinder 1, resulting in acting the pump 4 as an oil hydraulic motor. At this time, the rotational frequency of the double delivery and variable displacement pump 4 tends to increase, resulting in starting the delivery of a variable displacement pump 5, which is mechanically connected to the double delivery and variable displacement pump 4, or when the delivery of the pump 4 is controlled so as to keep the rotational frequency of the double delivery and variable displacement pump 4 at constant, the double delivery and variable displacement pump 4 acts as an oil hydraulic pump so as to rotatingly drive the variable displacement pump 5. Since a selector valve 12 is in neutral position, the oil delivered through the rotation of the variable displacement pump 5 is blocked, resulting in accumlating the oil in the form of pressure in an accumulator 18.</p> |
