PURPOSE:To obtain a decoration material strictly similar to a natural stone by molding integrally, in a polyvinyl chloride paste matrix mateiral, a pattern massive aggregate in which the pattern pieces of a rainbow colored film having a specific length in its sides or a mixture of chips wherein the pieces and a matrix material are different in their colors are included therein, and forming a large number of successive recessed and protruded patterns. CONSTITUTION:A matrix material 4 is the fluidity composition of a polyvinyl chloride paste composition, and pattern pieces 1 is provided with a resin coated layer such as PVC, polyolefin or the like, which can be obtained by cutting a film capable of obtaining rainbow colors through light into 2-20mm in its sides. And, chips 6 are different from the matrix material 4 in their colors, and pattern pieces 1 and the chips 6 function as a pattern component which is included in the matrix material 4. After the matrix material 4, chips 6 and pattern pieces 1 are mixed and pre-gelled, so that a pattern massive substance 5 is obtained wherein chips are included in the matrix material. By heating and pressurizing the aggregate, a decorative material 23 with high designing property can be obtained in which a large number of recessed and protruded parts become complicated therein. |
