PURPOSE:To attain the bidirectional communication of incoming signals from n subscribers only with one wavelength by allowing respective subscriber's equipments to send data to time slots set up by sent synchronizing signals synchronously with outgoing signals. CONSTITUTION:Outgoing signals inputted to respective subscribers equipments 111 to 11n through respective optical fibers 101 to 10n are converted into electric signals to be impressed to respective receiving parts 13 through respective optical multiplexers 12. A synchronism detecting part 14 extracts the synchronism of the outgoing signal and a clock by the converted electric signal. All the equipments 111 to 11n are driven synchronously with the clocks of the outgoing signals and send incoming signals by using the clocks and frame synchronism as respective start points. When a synchronous signal outputted from the detecting part 14 goes a specified address, the incoming data are sent from a data memory 18, converted into an optical signal by a transmission part 16 through a transmission part 15 and the optical signal is sent to the optical fiber 101 through the multiplexer 12. Data outputted from respective equipments 111 to 11n are collected to a photocoupler 9 through respective fibers 101 to 10n and the collected data are sent to an optical fiber 8 as photomultiplexed incoming data 20. |
