PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical fixing strength and the reliability of electric connection between connector terminals and a circuit board by providing a lead section penetrating a through hole provided on the circuit board of the terminal leg section of one line of a terminal array. CONSTITUTION:When a housing connector 2 is mounted on the surface of a circuit board 3, the housing connector 2 is set so that a through hole 5 is located directly below a soldering section 1a', a lead section 1b' is inserted into the through hole 5, and soldering sections 1a and 1a' of terminals 1 and 1' of two arrays are soldered to corresponding conducting patterns 4 and 4' respectively. The lead section 1b' is inserted into the through hole 5, the space in the through hole 5 is limited by the lead, the solder is filled only in the remaining space, thus the solder quantity filled into the through hole 5 is limited, the remaining solder is held between the soldering section 1a' and the conducting pattern 4', and the secure soldering between the soldering section 1a' and the conducting pattern 4' is obtained. |
